GROUP TRAVEL

RESERVATIONS:

1. Reservations of the indicated amount allow you to block your places on our trips to confirm your attendance at the selected trip.

2. Reservations are only valid with the payment indicated in the information of each trip.

3. Making the reservation is a commitment on the part of the clients to make said trip.

4. For security reasons for all travelers and in order to make your travel insurance valid, all travel assistants are entitled to a fee, whether they are newborns, minors or infants.

5. Once the reservation is made, the participants accept the terms and conditions of the company México del tingo al tango.

6. Reservations are personal, it is the responsibility of each traveler or the organizer to inform about their attendance or non-attendance to the trip.

7. All reservations are registered with full name, date of birth, cell phone number and email, among other information that may be required. 

8. All reservations have a full payment limit up to 7 days before the trip, in order to confirm travelers and grant them their embroidery pass.In case of not being able to settle on the indicated date, the traveler can request an extension of payment with values of $200 per person for trips of 1, 2 and 3 days, for trips of more than 3 days the cost of the extension is $500 per person. person and will be given 1 extra day to the payment deadline agreed in the reservation. In case of not making the liquidation plus the cost of the extension, the reservation will be considered canceled without the right to partial or total reimbursement of the deposit.

9. Travelers who have not made full payment for their trip by the settlement deadline will be given notice of the cancellation of their places.

10.Once the payment of the reservation is confirmed, the client will receive an email indicating the chosen destination, additional characteristics such as type of room, equipment or extra activities contracted, pending amount, deadline to pay for their trip and a link to the terms and conditions. conditions with which we make the trips.

11. 14. If the traveler requires an invoice for their payment, it must be requested before making the first reservation payment and must cover the additional 16% VAT on the price of the trip, after having made the first payment and not having requested an invoice, no can be issued.

FULL PAYMENT AND ACCESS PASSES.

1. The access passes are delivered via email when confirming the total settlement of the trip. This access pass is personal and valid only for the person who booked the trip.

2. Boarding passes speed up the start of our trips, while giving both parties the security of not handling cash.

3. Travelers will choose their seats in the order in which they arrive to register with the staff at the meeting point. The seats chosen by the traveler   are fixed and cannot be changed during the course of the trip.

4. If the client wishes or requires to transfer their trip to another person, it must be done up to 3 business days before making the trip to generate a new boarding pass; Otherwise, new travelers will not be able to board the tour. Changes outside the indicated date will generate a $199 surcharge and features such as rooms are not subject to change. In case of making more than 2 changes to the initial reservation, $100 per traveler will be charged and you will no longer be able to make any changes.

5. If the client has not covered the settlement of his trip by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel his places without the possibility of reimbursement.

6. The access pass includes destination, traveler's name, travel date, meeting time and departure time.

7. The web address of the terms and conditions of the trip are included in the boarding pass, these must be read carefully and the traveler must agree with them to start their trip.

8. The access pass must be presented printed and signed to be registered in the attendance list.

9. All travelers must present an official identification and sign a responsive sheet to give them their travel bracelets and give them access to the transport unit.

10. People who do not present their access pass and are not registered on our traveler lists will be denied access to the transport unit.

11. For CARD PAYMENTS we do not accept departmental cards, only from PARTICIPATING BANKS available at https://clip.mx/

12. In the event that the CLIP terminal declines the payment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their bank. As well as any clarification regarding charges not agreed upon at the time of payment.

13. To request payment by card, the client must contact us from Monday to Friday during business hours and schedule an appointment at our offices to make the payment for their trip. Only the cardholder can make the payment. If the owner does not attend, a copy of both sides of the INE OF THE HOLDER and a power of attorney signed by the owner will be requested.

CANCELLATIONS:

1. Travelers may cancel their reservations or paid trips up to 7 business days before departure and the date of the trip to be made, from the indicated date no cancellations or refunds are made. It is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to make their trip or transfer it to another person.

2. The minimum amount to reserve is not refundable under any circumstances since said payment is used to pay for transportation, lodging, tastings, tours, lifeguards, boat, and everything that implies the logistics of the trip. The payment of the trip is not transferable. to another trip on a different date or destination.

3. The traveler can assign or resell his trip to other people on his own, with prior notice to the registry of the people who will take his place, either with full payment or by covering the difference of the pending amount to be settled.

4. In case of cancellation made up to 15 business days before the start/departure date of the trip, the refund will be made for 30% of the money deposited after the minimum amount. In case of cancellation made up to 8 business days before the start date of the trip, the refund will be made for 20% of the money deposited ​after the minimum amount. In case of canceling 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 business days before the start date of the trip, no refund is made. The percentage of the amount to be refunded is calculated based on the amount paid after the minimum amount to reserve.

5. To request a refund for cancellation, the client must send the name of the traveler, chosen destination, amount deposited, date and reason for cancellation, as well as deposit information to the email: reservaciones @ tingoaltango.com.mx, until we receive the cancellation email from the traveler, the cancellation initiated will be taken.

6. Once the refund has been confirmed, the customer will receive an email indicating the amount to be refunded and the day the money was deposited into their account.

7. Approved refund deposits are made within 4-5 business days. 

8. In case of cancellation by Mexico of the tingo al tango due to external causes such as severe weather or situations that endanger the integrity of our clients, this will be notified in advance by telephone/mail/Whatsapp to all registered travelers.

Due to transportation and lodging reservations with suppliers, it is not possible to make total or partial cash refunds.

The canceled destination will be postponed to another nearby date with the same cost and itinerary, participants will have the possibility to choose to make their trip on the indicated date or transfer their payment to another published destination of equal or lesser cost. In case of choosing a destination with a higher price, the difference must be covered.

9. NO SHOW is a term used when the person or persons who booked your trip do not show up at the place, date and time indicated in the booked trip information. In this case there will be no partial or total refund under any circumstances.

10. For reasons of pandemic, any change in the itinerary, as a result of the decisions and logistics of the authorities of the places to visit, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify times and places of the purchased trip.

11. México del Tingo al Tango may reschedule the date of the trip if it does not find the pertinent conditions to carry out the trip on the scheduled date. Rescheduling the date does not generate any right to a refund.

12. The traveler accepts the terms and conditions of the trip, as well as the cancellation policies once the first payment has been made.

13.- In the event that the traveler informs us days before the trip that they have symptoms of COVID-19 (temperature greater than 37°C, dry cough, headache and joint pain, loss of taste and smell) they will be denied access to the tour without the right to a refund or change of date or destination, this with THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF SAFEGUARDING THE HEALTH AND INTEGRITY OF ALL TRAVELERS AND BREAKING THE CHAIN OF CONTAGION. You will have the possibility of transferring your place to another person without symptoms or with whom you have not had contact 15 days before the trip. In the event that the traveler on the day of the tour presents symptoms such as: temperature greater than 37°C, dry cough, headache and joint pain, loss of taste and smell, ACCESS TO THE TOUR WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO A REFUND OR CHANGE OF DESTINATION OR DATE CHANGE.

14.- In the event that the traveler presents symptoms 3 days before the trip, THEY SHOULD NOT TRAVEL DUE TO RESPONSIBILITY, if they decide to do so, they will be asked for a NEGATIVE COVID test, otherwise they will be denied access to the tour without the right to reimbursement, change of date , change of destination, etc.

DURING THE TRIP:

1. Participants must show up on the date and at least 5 minutes before the time indicated on the access pass. The departure is made at the indicated departure time of each trip, so no additional tolerance times are handled.

2.- Travelers will choose their seats in the order in which they arrive to register with the coordinator at the meeting point. The seats chosen by the traveler   are fixed and cannot be changed during the course of the trip.

3. If the participant has any medical condition or special requirement, it is important to communicate it to the staff to consider their well-being and integrity during the activities and routes of the trip.

4. Once the trip has started, the participants agree to comply with the safety and organization instructions of the trip coordinator, group assistants, as well as the local guides.

5. The participant accepts that the times are estimates and that there may be modifications to the itinerary or activities in any of the stages of the trip due to severe weather conditions, accidents, failure in the services of the providers, fortuitous events as well as blockages or interruptions. of vehicular traffic on the routes, among other unforeseen events.

6. The participant agrees to comply with the schedules established in the activities or tours out of respect for the other participants, in case of not being at the indicated time, the trip will continue according to the itinerary and it will be the responsibility of the participant to reach the group by their own means. or return to the hotel or lodging area.

7. It is of vital importance to show up punctually at the indicated time to return to Mexico City, in case of missing participants, the coordinator will try to communicate with them by telephone, if there is no answer, 10 minutes of tolerance will be given, after which The transportation will start the journey and it will be the responsibility of the missing participants to return to Mexico City by their own means, in this case without reimbursement or responsibility on the part of the company.

8. If the participant wishes or requires  to withdraw from the trip at any stage of the journey, for any reason, he must notify the trip coordinator in a timely and clear manner. In this case, the participant will sign their access pass with their full name, date, time, place and signature in which they leave the trip. Once confirmed, the participant is responsible for their own integrity, transportation and lodging, disclaiming Tours por México del Tingo al Tango from any situation.

9. The trip coordinator is responsible for making the decisions to stay in the place, continue or suspend the trip, having as main priority the absolute safety of the participants, in any case there will be no partial or total reimbursement.

10. The travel insurance is valid only while the traveler is on board the bus or transportation vans. Outside of transportation, each participant is responsible for their own integrity and safety in case of not following the pertinent instructions of the staff or local guides.

11. It is totally forbidden to consume toxic substances, narcotics or alcoholic beverages on the bus or vans. Outside the transport each participant is responsible for their health and consumption.

12. The travel coordinator may terminate the contracted services to any person who annoys or endangers the integrity of the other members of the group and/or travel staff, if necessary, will be made available to the competent authority without any reimbursement, always keeping the safety and well-being of our passengers as a priority.

13.México del tingo al tango is not responsible for forgotten or lost objects during the trip. In the event that the staff protects forgotten objects, it will be the responsibility of the participant to communicate and go to pick up the protected item(s) at the place, time and date indicated.

14.The participant accepts that transport characteristics such as space between seats, non-reclining seats, trunk capacity and damage or unforeseen failures are matters outside the Mexico del tingo al tango team and these do not lend themselves to discounts or refunds of any kind. .

15.During the reservation process, the administration assigns and notifies the participants about the type of lodging they will have during the trip and if the room will be shared. Once this information is confirmed by the participants, no subsequent changes are made, as well as any type of discount or extra payment for disagreement. If the participant decides not to take the assigned lodging and book another room, it will be covered with their own resources.

16.At the time of making the reservation, the traveler accepts the type of lodging assigned. The lodging is assigned by the agency together with the hotel, taking into account the number of people on the trip, space per room, always taking into account what is most convenient for the logistics of the trip.

17.Participants accept that boarding is exclusively at the starting point of the trip and there are no additional descents until returning to the starting point of the trip or scheduled stops.

18. It is the  exclusive responsibility of adults for the safety and integrity of minors who attend the trip with them.

19.The participant accepts and declares to be a person of legal age with the capacity to take responsibility for legal or medical matters acquired in the destinations or routes of the trip, disclaiming the company México del tingo al tango from any responsibility accepting that the company is not lends or involves any type of allegations, statements, demands or situations caused by the participant to third parties or vice versa.

20. The participant accepts and declares that the various adventure tourism activities, tours and excursions in remote places entail a risk which he assumes, disclaiming the company Viajes México del tingo al tango from any responsibility for mishaps, death, accidents and / or fortuitous events

21. The traveler declares to have read and accepted the terms, conditions and cancellation policies of Tours through Mexico from Tingo to Tango before making any payment for any trip, as well as reading and signing a declaration of Disclaimer of Responsibility of Mexico from Tingo to Tango. tango before starting your trip, otherwise you will not be able to make your trip without the possibility of partial or total reimbursement.

AND INTERNATIONAL

RESERVATIONS:

6. All reservations are registered with full name, date of birth, cell phone number and email, among other information that may be required. 

7. All reservations have a full payment limit up to 20 days before the departure date in the case of ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES and 70 days before the departure date in the case of INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, without exception. In case of not making the settlement on time, your reservation runs the risk of being cancelled.

8. Customers who have not made full payment for their trip by the settlement deadline will be given notice of package cancellation.

9. Once the payment of the reservation is confirmed, the client will receive an email with the details of his package, in which the details of the flight, lodging, transfers and tours will come if they are included.

11. It is the client's obligation to ensure the date of their trip at the time of booking, since any change of date or destination is considered a cancellation without the right to a refund.

12. If the client needs to modify any aspect of his reservation, he must do so in advance. Changes will be subject to availability and with an extra charge if necessary.

2. Reservations are non-transferable.

3. At the time of cancellation, the plane tickets are lost in their entirety.

4. In case of cancellation made up to 15 business days before the start/departure date of the trip, the refund will be made for 20% of the money deposited after the minimum amount to reserve. In case of cancellation made up to 8 business days before the start date of the trip, the refund will be made for 10% of the money deposited after the minimum amount to reserve. 12.-In case of cancellations due to COVID-19, no partial or total refund can be made. The client is suggested to stay home to break the chain of infections.

13. Unused services will not be refundable.

DURING THE TRIP:

1. All travelers must present an official identification, flight codes and, if necessary, printed boarding passes.

2. The client must arrive at least 2 hours before departure at the terminal indicated in their reservation.

3. Baggage must be exactly as specified in your reservation. In case of exceeding the allowed luggage limit, the client must cover the extra amount indicated at the airline's front desk at the time of check-in. 

4. At the hotel, check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.

5. The client will have the telephone number of the transfer service to agree on the time of the hotel-airport service.

6. The client is aware that there may be changes in the flights by the airline and the compensation will be covered by the airline.
